Refund Policy

At Waisted By DetoxCentral, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our health and wellness products, please read our refund policy carefully.

All Sales Are Final Due to health and safety reasons, all sales on consumable/ingestible products (including the Waist Loss Elixir and bundles) are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at waisted246@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Unopened Items Unopened and unused items may be eligible for store credit within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
